  本柔性加工(gōng)單元是由立式車(chē)削加工(gōng)中(zhōng)心爲主機，加上找正台、傳遞台、存儲台和拖闆系統組成。本單元采用了工(gōng)件自動測量和機内對刀裝置，适用于零件種類變化大(dà)，單件或小(xiǎo)批量的粗、精加工(gōng)、，尤其适用于複雜(zá)形狀零件回轉面的加工(gōng)、本機床具有高剛度、高精度、高效率等優點，外(wài)形美觀，操作方便，宜人性好。自動交換工(gōng)作台，能适應自動化生(shēng)産的需要，是電(diàn)機、航空發動機、造船等複雜(zá)零件加工(gōng)的理想設備。本單元主機采用西門子或法那克數控系統，也可根據用戶需要選用其它系統。
